Hi,

Program RBDMANI which processes IDOC is giving following error

02.02.2009 12:08:58 ABAP/4 processor: RAISE_EXCEPTION

Logs showed that exact cause of error is unknown as Table SNAP was full. Iam not able to see the dump also as it's been over 1 month after Batch Job failure.

Can anyone help me on this?

You have not given any input for error, but still check with values of the idoc failed, Are you getting any wrong values. As field is not accepting the values so it is dumping.

Hi,

Batch job got cancelled on 06.08.2005 & after that it is executing successfully.

Now when i click on 'Job log' it is showing "No log entries available for selected job"

How can we find the Root cause of error?

Thanks,

Vinay

You may get the IDOC number for that date in Error status. Try checking that. It looks very difficult to bring back the information on 06.08.2005

Normally batch log information will be deleted monthly. (ofcourse based on organization rules). You can check with your basis team. Find the Idoc number and check the status of the Idoc.

If you go to WE02 transaction, if you give the idoc type & inbound / outbound and you can give the date period also. based on that you can see the Idoc number. By checking important data in the idoc also you can findout.
