Portal asking to "Reload" the page

Hi SDN,

EP version 7 SP11

64 bit server

We have installed ESS in the portal. Now while navigating through the portal I am facing the error message which says "An error occurred while retrieving the content. Reload". Once we click on the reload link, the page appears. This is comming for all the users. This error message comes in the contnt area as well as the navigation area. It does not come everytime but do show up frquently.

Recently two new applications were added to the ESS. I was thinking if this error was comming due to the increased load on the protal(new applications) and the server(32bits) we are using.

please help me withth issue..
