Printing of Appraisals

Dear All,

We have a requirement to print the appraisal form in a different layout. We have copied the standard smarfrom HAP_TEMPLATE_01 and had developed a Z.

How do we attach this to a particular appraisal template. I cant see the zform appearing the layout tab of the appraisal template. Please suggest as to how do we attach the zform to the template.
