Issue when changing the user profile

Hi,

i wrote one function module this fucntion module shows output value as 70,000 when user profile is 1,234,567.89 . when i am changing user profile other than the format 1,234,567.89 then its value is coming 70.

anybody can tell me why it is cmoing like this. when i am displaying old in table (after changing the user profile) it is showing wrong data.
