COPA Plan - Derivation of Characteristic Values

Hi,

I am maintaining COPA Plan. I have characteristics of Plant, Product, Profit Center and Segment.

The Plan method is integrated with excel.

When I am entering plan values, I am entering only values against the characteristics Plant and Product. Now, system should derive the Profit center from the MM table MARC-PRCTR. It should also derive Segment from CEPC table from the profit center.

However, the system is not deriving any values against the characteristics Profit Center and Segment.

The users are not expected to enter any values against profit center and segment fields.

Please help me resolve this issue.
