plz help. is there any transaction code to view the list of materials in a plant that are in blocked stk. all material that are in blk stck

With help of MB52 t-code you can see stock with blocked status.
Just enter material code, plant and press enter you can see stock detail with different status like unrestricted, restricted, blocked, reserved etc...

It will display all the materials maintained in the plant in all modes ( Unrestricted, blocked, Quality)
