Hi expert's

We have problem confirmation assembly work order , example: In order 100 pcs in that 3 sub assembly material is there while confirmation need to enter each material how much ok & how much rejection.

I´m not sure of understanding,

Do you have co-products ?

Do you need to difference the stocks? one stock type for ok pieces and one for rejected pieces?

In that case do you have different batches?

or do you want rework operations?

Hi,

Don't have co-products,Don't have different batches,no need rework operation.

Problem:

Material A is F.G parts, if I am need to produced F.G parts following sub assembly material I need material A,material B,Material C for this material while make production some time scrap more than order quantity at that time how enter order confirmation

Example:

F.G parts=1000pcs order quantity

Sub assembly material:

Material A use this order =1200 Pcs

Material B use this order =1100 Pcs

Material C use this order =1300 Pcs
