hi experts

I want to transfer the material from one plant to another. The material value should be my purchase price.

how to do this

for example

i purchased

100 kg material A @ 10

100 kg material B @ 05

so when i transfer this material to another plant it should get credited with same rates

GI : 100 kg of A @ 10

GI : 100 kg of A @ 05

As per my info, this is not possible.

Possible if u want to do this you have to change moving average price for both plant for supplying and receiving plant.

Because system got price from material master >> moving average price.

this movement can be done only on mov avg price only.

Hi

If you maintain standard price for both materials and AUM settings in OBYC then receiving material can be valuated at its material master price. But the expense/revenue account will be hit in that case. With MAP what ever the price in stock transfer, your inventory will be revaluated with the price (quantity)

Where do you want to post the balance amount... I mean, in your example if mvg avg price of material A is @ 15, balance 5 has to be posted somewhere?
