Error running system measurement

I'm getting this error when doing my system measurement for (USMM ) for SAP licence. Idid no chenge from the previous one and everything seem OK. What can be wrong ?

    Seems like not all the license types or categories are set, contact you SAP Account Manager he will help you with it.

    Hello,

    if you search for "CACS_USAGE" in the oss portal you will get some helpfull oss notes about this problem. It is difficult to say which one exactly can help you since I have not more information about the problem.

    I think the note 1165565 is the propely one.

    Applying SAP Note 1165566 fixed the problem. The report runs without Canceling. Note the number is different than the previous response.
