I need 2 ask u all.......do v need ny configuration for infotype "0580". If Yes den what is tht complete configuration

Hi,

You need to maintain this info type only when a New Joiner comes to the company on or before 31 03.

This will be used for taxation purpose.

if employee join b4 to the above date if you record it only employee will get tax exemption

Info type 0580 is for Previous Employment Tax Details

It is for new joiners who had entered in mid of the year.

Hi,

No config is required but if your question is how to add it in PA30 info type menu then - Spro - PM - PA -Customizing procedure - infotype menu - there add the IT and it will be displayed .

Hi,

For India PY :- Infotype 580 is maintained for the Previous Employeers Earnings , Tax , Exemptions,

PF , Ptax

If an employee joines in between the Financial year the Previous employeers details are maintained here

Pls Note If an employee jopines on 01.04 This Infotype will not have any details regarding the Previous earnings, only exemption related to leave enacshment, gratuity exemption will be available

Hi

Info type 0580 - Previous Employment Tax Details, there is no configuration required here.

It is applicable only for the new employees ( mid term) joining into the company.
