Can you let us know what you mean by validation of 261 movement at the time of co11n?

During Production Order confirmation - CO11N - We need to ensure 261 movement posting then only system should further allow for confirmation/GR 101 against Production Order

2 options:

1. Flag all the materials in the order as backflush, in OPK4 for the order type - plant combination in the individual entry general tab, tick mark the checkboxes for Goods Movements & Termination for Incorrect Goods Movements. This will prevent confirmations.

2. If flagging of all materials as backflush is not possible, then you will have to activate the user exit (CONFPP05 or CONFPP06 or CONFPP07) as per your business need. For this you will have to work with your abaper & give him the logic.

Hope the above answers your query.

Hi,

You need to maintain Backflush in Production Order / Work center / Routing or in Material Master itself so alongwith final confirmation there will be automatic Goods Issue as you mentioned with 261 movement.

The material to issued against production order is batch managed hence we can't make backflash option in production order I need to issue the specific batch against order. hence your option doesn't work

Hi,

The material to issued against production order is batch managed hence we can't make backflash option
in production order

Why?

I don't think there may be any problem or issue due to Batch Management and backflush. You can perform the Batch Determination during auto GI with confirmation.

I have 10 different batches in Unrestricted stock, i need to select 2 batches out of 10 & do GI 261 against order (not thru backflush). If i do backflush system randamly select the batch and qty. as per BOM. but v need to mention specific batches and qty.

There is no relation between Backflush and Batch peeking.Random Batch Selection can be possible without

Backflush indicator also.Be clear Backflush is used to make the GI auto, so that there is no need to perform

any additional transaction just to perform Goods Issue. With help of this Backflush you can perform GI during Order confirmation.

Requirement -> Goods issue thru MIGO 261 against order (no backflash). during confirmation i need to have check. If i have not done 261 - BOM item 0010 then system should not allow confirmation.

During confirmation ,

OPK4, for plant - order type combination go to Individual entery general tab & activate both goods movement & termination for incorrect goods movement. This will make you to stop if goods movents are not prompt..

And You can check the pushbutton "GOODS movement " while confirming.. It will show the list of unposted materials if any.....

Hope this clarifies..
