Full Load/Delta

I have run the Setup Table for Purchasing. Only 7 records.

1) I created new InfoPackage_Init (Initialization without Data Transfer). Execute this InfoPack and request is loaded into ODs.

2) I created another InfoPackage_Full_Load. Execute this InfoPack and request is loaded into ODS.

3) I Creaetd another InfoPackage_Delta. Execute this InfoPack and request is loaded into ODS.

I execute again the InfoPackage_Full_Load, the request is again loaded into ODS!!! This would mean the duplication of record from

setup table is being loaded twice into ODS. Why? Is this bug?

I would expect that Full Load can't be perform after we have run the Delta.
