Well some times I feel to say this to every body but this kind of statements and stences make me feel boring , so All I want to say is

For your understanding. The verb "to sex" has a meaning of "to identify the gender of" - i.e. whether male or female. Turtles and tortoises look like slow moving or swimming rocks. Hence, if you are expert in telling whether a turtle or a tortoise is male of female (which is actually quite hard to do), then you'd be able to sex each rock. Which sounds like a reversal of what you said of rock each sec.

You see, it's a play on words.
