Data Type enhancement

Hi

I need an extra field in the pre deifined SAP Message, I have defined a Data type enhancement as an extra field

How can I embeded this field to the Predefined SAP Message where I am using as Service Interface

Hi Experts,

I am trying to do a similar thing in my scenario but my requirement is to add a field somewhere in the middle of the structure but not towards the end. Michal's blog highlights the DT enhancement towards the end of the standard structure. Can't we place the new custom field at the required position as per our requirement?

I have added the additional field on the Message and it is appearing on the ECC side under SPROXY

New added Data Type enhancement is not reflecting on the PI side in Message Interface

How can I see the field on the PI Message Interface

Hey nothing great to do in that,

Define DTE creat the feild you want and above there will be option to refer Data type, select the data type name to which you want to attach the feild, creat its message type (of DTE).

and use it.
