Query refresh issue in workbook

Hello,

I have a created a workbook with the same query with different views in separate worksheets. All the queries has the same variable input. The property is set to "Refresh query when opening workbook".

When I open the workbook and enter all the variables and execute, the excel workbook do not let me operate in any other window. Each time the query refreshes, the excel workbook is processed in the front, forcing me not to do any other work This way I am not able to do any other work, like writing email or so, while the workbook is executing.
