Automation of the Planning Process Using Process Chains

Hi Experts

Please advice me in the Creation of the Process Chain.

We have the History Cube in the APO BI and we are getting data from the 2 ODS from Stand Alone BI system.

We have One MPOS and Two planning areas, Say Planning area A and Planning area B.

Planning is done once in the year for the both the Planning areas .

Planning area A : We are taking 3 years History and 1 Year Future Broken down to the Months.

Planning for the Jan 2010 to Dec 2010 will be done in the month of June 2009.

Planning area B: We are Taking 5 years History and 3 Years Future broken Down to the Quarters.

Planning for Jan 2011 to Dec 2013 will be done in the Month of Dec 2009.

In June 2010 , Planning is done for Jan 2011 - Dec 2011 for Planning Area A and In Dec 2010 ,Planning is Done for Jan 2012 - Dec 2014 for Planning area B.

The planning activity would be once in the year for the both the plans.

Proportional factors are used for the Both the Planning areas.

Please advice me in the Creation of the Process Chains for the below activity:

1) Load Historical Data into the APO Cube from the Standalone BW System.

2)Maintain CVC's

3)Planning area Initialization

4)Load Data into the Planning area

5)Calculate Proportional Factors

I am confused to automate these jobs using Process Chains.
