Thanks a lot...

Actually I want to change the timer only for BI IP Layout / BI Reports.

Can you please tell me what are the steps to upload the image to the location as given by you ??

I tried to copy paste the new image to the location and restarted server but am not able to see the change. Are there any more steps ??

Hi,

The image displaying while loading is coming from the theme you selected. You can change the image for individual theme. To do this first download the theme to your desktop.

1. open the zip file with tools like WInwar.

2. Drag drop the ur.zip file to your desktop

3. Navigate to common->loading folder inside the ur.zip file.. here you can find loading_ani.gif

4. Create a new gif file with same name and size and replace in the ur.zip file.

5. Add the zip file to parent zip file.

6. Upload the theme to same system from which you downloaded.

You may need to clear the browser cache to reflect the changes.

These changes will reflect it all applications iviews. I don't think we can change the image only for a specific application

Hi,

Have u selected the checkbox option to overwrite existing theme while importing theme?

Is this a common problem in your system or comming while trying to upload edited theme? pls chk to just download and upload a theme with out making any changes.

If it is not working, try to import to some other test system.

Hi,

Could you pls repeat the entire steps again.

1. Just download theme and upload into same system without any modification. You should select the option to overwrite during upload.

2. If you are not facing any issues, go ahead with modification. Mean just replace the gif file with new file, it should have same name and size. Try to use same tools like Winwar to replace the file. (Just o

open the zip file with winwar browse to the folder drag and drop the new gif file).

waiting for your reply.
