Order Processing without Pricing

Hi Gurus,

We have a typical requirement.

1. the Sales order to be generated from SAP and without Pricing but picking, packing and delivery should happen from SAP. How to do that.? (materials are maintained in SAP )

2.Can we have Pricing, Taxes, Discount, and Freight details for an item copied from another application (non SAP) and process the SAP Order for a particular item? and with Delivery, and Billing?

3.For a Sales order to be processed we need Sold to Party , Ship to Party details along with Item Details. Now, our customers are onetime and repeated.

For one time Customer- if the details of the customer name, address, other contact info is given on the Webpage, how to capture them in to SAP and if the customer clicks the order button on the website, how to process the order with SAP...We do not have CRM but have ECC...

For repeated customers, as soon as they login with their id, their details should reflect on the page and should be eligible for order processing.

4.When it comes to pricing the details are on the website , they chose the quantity and use their credit card to order the items..how to set this process..

If you are doing business on a website and are importing orders into SAP I would create manual pricing conditions and populate in the sales order. You can make sales order have no pricing 2 ways- item category such as TANN or change document pricing procedure field i(n IMG Maintain Sales order types) to C- Free of charge. I do not recommend free orders for this scenario.

As for customers use customer IDOC to create customers in SAP - use smallest amount of data in customer as possible. That way when customers come back you can get the data from SAP.
