Workflow attachments in 4.7 version

Hi ,

I am working in 4.7 release 620.

1) Here I need to attach some documents to my workflow and I checked in sdn for the same.

They say use SAP_WAPI_ATTACHMENT_ADD fm but it is not available in my system.

another FM is SWL_SOFM_CREATE_WITH_TABLE ,this is available but I am confused how to use it,I am not sure if this is the correct one for my issue as it has no FM documentation too.

Is there anyother way like a standard task or a standard BO which solves my purpose ??

If yes can you pls let me knw how to use te same.

I want to attach a doc which is scanned and residing in my system as a PDF etc.

I think I can call a FM in my custom Method( say if there is one Fm) and pass the attachment as a contained element.

Pls suggest a way.

2) Can I filter my workflows before forwarding them from SAP inbod to Outlook in box based on any condition.

If yes can I capture the decision value from Outlook inbox back into SAP as say a container element.

Hope I am clear in my questions.Both are two different questions.

Try this FM SWL_WI_ATTACHMENT_CREATE.

You can create variant for RSWUWFML2 and set filters to restrict the Workflows.
