task not appearing in UWL

Hi,

We have ESS / MSS BP implemented and UWL has leave request, claims task and travel request flowing in it for approval.

It was working perfectly fine. But from last 3 days workflow task are not appearing in UWL.

I did check workflow task in ECC by SWIA t-code. workitem are generated but they are not appearing in UWL. This problem has occured from last 3 days only, before it was working perfectly fine.

Is thre anything like service stopped or the user locked in ECC ..etc..

Actually ... employee pern no. were changed in backend due to which it was not appearing in UWL..

if it didnt solve by reregistering , check the system alias once again

Hi Jigar,

As Mentioned in the previous posts re register the system and also clear the cache, once done check whether the task items are there in the UWL config or not.

If this doesn't solve update the problem after you do that.

Hi,

First check the R/3 System you have created is getting tested succussfully.

Then Re - Register the UWL connector and check whether it is registered successfully.

Re-register your system in UWL Admin, also check user mapping.
