HRP Infotype 1028 - How to make zip code required

Would anyone happen to know how to make the zip code field required for HRP1028? Currently the state is required, but not the zip code field. This is the zip code for an org unit. The module pool is MP102800, but I did not find this particular MP in the standard customizing screen information in the IMG. Thanks in advance for your help.
