Problems with Send Data in EvDRE Template

While entering signed data in a Input Schedule for a particular account and subsequently clicking on Expand all button on the BPC for excel Woksheet, The data is displayed against some dimension memebrs while for some the data vanishes.This happens even though the count of added records sent through EVDRE is correct.

Scenario in Detail:

Account hardcoded : M001(example)

Roles

Program Manager : 1 Project manager: 2

Engineer: 10

Although I enter 10 for software engineer, it doesn't show up in the template while for the other dimension members ,the entered values are shown.
