Leave encashment exemption not picked up for employee

Hi,

We have paid Rs 32100 as a leave encashment to an employee in his Full & Final settlement which is

Exempt u/s 10. However,the Leave encashment exemption is not picked up for Employee Number.

Can you tell me why?
