Printing a maintenance plan?

Hello,

I have a customer that wants to print a Maintenance Plan, complete as you would an Order, mainly for QA purposes. It would show the scheduled maintenance for a user specified time period. Seems to me that we would have to create a custom report for this? Or does anyone know of a Partner solution for this? Any tips, hints, leads appreciated!

Also they want to keep version control for the entire plan and not just for the task list as ECM lets you do. But printing is the main concern right now.

We did the same thing for one client.

We created a besoke ABAP report that collected the data, presented a list, and gave the user the option to print.

The print-out called the standard SmartForms functions.

You could even get the current change document data from ECM if required.

Talk to you ABAP Team, it should be quite easy for them to do.

Check with different options in T Code IP24. A 'Z' or 'Y' development by copying standard IP24 will help you to find the required solution.

And IP24 seems like a good place to start. Certainly has most of the data objects we need in one place.
