how to copy one window from one smartform to another smartform..

Hi,

we can copy the window from one smartform to other.

first select the window what you want to copy then go to utilities-> download subtree.

and save the xml file as local file.

Go to another smartform and select the page and upload the window by goto utilities->upload it will ask the file you have to give the name of the file what ever you saved earlier.

Then you got the success message as window <win> copied to clipboard.

then right click on the page choose paste. You will get the the window of another smartform.

select your window which u want to copy . goto utilities->download subtree.

it will download it locally.

then goto ur target smartform where u want to copy the window.

select the page which u required.

goto utilities->upload

you will get a status message that window has been copied to clipboard.

then right click on the page and paste it.

the desired window will get pasted.

Note: This is possible for other windows and not for main window.

Hi frnd,

It is not possible to copy a window from one smartform to another smartform.

U can copy the form and rename it and then remove unwanted windows from the new form.
