Quality Notifications (QM-QN)

Experts,

I am new to Quality Management and Quality Notifications (QN).

I need to understand QN before as there is a requirement for implementing it to BI.

Pls can anyone provide:

a. A good functional writeup on how QN is structured and how it works. I have seen the help.sap but needed a precise document.

b. Underlying R/3 tables

c. Transaction codes to view notifications.
