Register CCMS agent

Dear All,

Subject: I want to configure central CCMS monitoring system

We have many server with differest versions like 4.6B, ECC6. I want to configure Central monitoring system keeping solman as CEN. Plz guide me..

1.CSMREG should be created in 000 client or in working client

2.Where should sapccm4x & sapccmsr agents should be registered [in each application server/central instance satellite server or in CEN server]

3. Is it necessary to restart the application to start the registered agent.

4. How can we verify weather the agent is started or not.

5. While registering sapccmsr in satellite system it is giving the error:EXCEPTION AUTHORITY_NOT_AVAILABLE RAISED for the user CSMREG in 000 client.
