adding free quantity in sales order

In my sales order, i am getting item, material description, order qty ,amount in first line

and item, material description, free qty, amount in second line.

i want to print order qty and free qty in the same line.

please tell me how to do this?

Hi,

In the same line means same Column. if you want it like that Create two rows in table node and provide according your requirement.

second row is having item , mat description , free qty, price,amount.

i dont want two rows.i want to print item , description, order qty,free qty, price,amount in one row.

any way your printing the item data in MAIN window. in main window already you have table , in this table you have 4 columns in %LTYPE1. in this %LTYPE1 you have to add one more filed and create the ROW line with 5 fileds and create the 5th text element and pass the work area value.

In the text editor u might have entered them in two lines.

try this.

• &f1&,,&f2&,,&f3&,,&f4&

&f5&,,&f6&,,&f7&

In the second line ,give space or '='.

U will get them in a single row.
