Doubt in billing & invoice

Hi All,

I am not familiar with SD module. So please clarify my doubt.

Supoose one Organization have 100 laptop for sale in sales department. From that organization wants take 25 laptops for their own use. For this scinerio how SD will handle PO,Billing & invoice ..Explain me indetaily.
