Hi everyone,
My requirement is like we are replacing some ticketing tool interms of SAP CRM and also we need to generate the Reports like how many tickets has been closed,how many tickets are in queue under a manager like that.
Basically I am BI consultant,I am new to CRM.It will great if any one can give information about interconnection between CRM interactive reportin block and BI.
How BI reports can be executed in CRM WebUI?
