Dear Experts,
We are using RPTQTA00 for quota gen.
Is there any way to carry forward the quota for next year with condition of max of 60 days and above should get lapsed.
Can we do this with out a User Exit?
Regards,
Roy
Hi Roy,
I think u can get the result by maintaining the deduction start date and end date in IT 2006.
For eg:-
if ur quota for 2009 has to be deducted in the year 2010 give the start date as 01-01-2009 and end date as 31-12-2010.
u have to give the max entitlement as 60 in T559L as u have the condition of max of 60 leaves for the employee......

Dear Experts,
Thanks for all of you for the reply.
Please let me know is there any way by configuration we can do this.
In IT 2006 in there is new record creates in next year and with that year quota only, but here requirement is in new created record client wants get the unused leave to be added of last year.
ex:
Start date end date AbQu type Text Number Deduction
01.04.2008 31.03.2009 05 Sick Leave 21.00000 10.00000
01.04.2009 31.03.2010 05 Sick Leave 21.00000 00.00000
Here for year 2009 the leave should be 21 + 11 (current year quota + Last year unused leaves)
i.e.
Start date end date AbQu type Text Number Deduction
01.04.2009 31.03.2010 05 Sick Leave 31.00000 00.00000
Is it possible through configuration?

Roy
if u run RPTQTA00
u will get that only na
01.01.2008 says 11 are left
01.01.2009 say 21 are generated
so form 1.1.2009 to 31.12.20009
01.01.2008 11
01.01.2009 21
total 32 days
but it will show in diffeent cloumns for year wise i think ur are asking to Club them right ..........
Check and let me know ....................

Hi,
Yes we can do the carry forward with out using the user exit.
for this you need to copy rptqta00 to zrptqta00.
there you can change some coding then put condition also for ur reqt.
If you have any query's on this pls let me know.
Thanks and Regards,
Revathi.
