GRC Access Request created but not available in search

After the access request is submitted, it takes a long time to show in the search. I can see it in the GRACREQ table immediately, but not in the search nor MSMP Debug monitor.

Hello Rodrigo,

I've seen that issue before related to background jobs. Once the jobs complete, the request can be found:

1. the risk analysis takes a long time. Try cleaning up the user risks or assigning less roles. You can check the start of the job in tcode SLG1.

2. there's no available background workprocess. Check how many active jobs are in SM37 and ask basis team to schedule heavy activities out of office hours;

3. after refresh of the backend system, the risk analysis may take long or not complete at all if the client copy had problems. You can ask the basis team to verify the status of the sync job, which will also present issues. In one occasion, it was stuck in a loop in the backend. Unfortunately just a new client copy fixed the issue.
