I'll try to explain the issue with the help of an example. We have two employees "A" and "B" in our organization. Now employee "A" applies for LTA in the ESS. This request goes to the employee "B" for approval/rejection. The employee "B" rejects this request. Now after the request has been rejected, tere should be a mail going into the employee "A" mail box intimating him regarding the rejection of his request. But unfortunatly this is not happening. No notification mil is going back to the employee.
The portal version is EP 7.00 SP15
Please help.....
