Xcelcius dasboard data

I need some information about which alternative is best to publish SAP query data in Xcelcius Dasboard.

As far as i know i can select the following methods for xcelcius.

1) QAAWS: on top of OLAP universe, which is created with reference to Bex query, i can create a QAAWS and use it in xcelcius

2) Live Office:

3) XMLA: We can send data request directly to the Bex query with MDX statements without using any OLAP universe

Can you please help me which one is better and pros and cons of these methods?
