exporting to excel

Sometimes when I export to PDF the lines and fields seem to be messed up.

In one place when I select a PDF printer to print to it comes out good.

Is there any other way to ensure when exporting to PDF the lines and columns dont get a bit messed?

(I meant exporting to PDF - not excel)
