Hi,
I want the project version to be created at certain times in a project which will only show me cost, budget and dates in a project and it should anly show me project definition and WBS structure.
I am following the below steps for the above
1.Created a project in CJ20N
2.Carried out cost planning and budgeting and manual scheduling
3.Created project version in CN72/CN71
4. View Version in CN47.
Am i correct or is there any other way of doing this. I am aware about the stndard version creation in SAP based on the system and user status but dont want to use it.
Other question is -
Can somebody guide me how to create only cost version and budget version of a project during its life cycle. Is there any way of tracking the cost and budget changes to a project in standard SAP.
