changing iview is not possible.get a message "locked by j2ee_admin"

Hello EP gurus

I have an iView created in Enterprise Portal and it is working well. But I wanted to change the user name and password, So logged in as J2EE_ADMIN and went to (End User Content -> iView) and brought up the ivew screen.

It said that this is "read only". When I click on Edit Mode button, i get a message that this is READ ONLY.

I thought there must be some process locking it and so I even shut down the server and rebooted the machine and re-started the server. But still I get the same info. It also says the following

13:49:32 - Object is locked by user: J2EE_ADMIN. You cannot edit it.

Could you please let me know what am I doing wrong? Is there some lock file that I can delete?
