CHARM- Issue in E- signature(custom screen)

Hi All,

We have used a BADI ORDER_SAVE for including a E-signature(custom screen) for crmd_order in the CHARM flow.

The problem we are facing is when the user rejects,and does not enter the password. the correct status is not picked up.

The next status is being fetched. I have checked all the conditions.there is no problem in that.

And we tested the development in Sandbox, it is working fine in sandbox. but after moving to production we are facing this issue.

The same code is working fine in sandbox but not working in production.

Kindly advice in this issue.

Can you please share this solution with us. We also have the similar requirement where we want to have e signature confirmation on certain actions in ChaRM.

Hi All,

the issue is resolved. There is some changes done in the status attributes process order number and now it is working fine without any problem.
