MF60 Material staging (Error E7021 by staging)

Hi,

I've tried to stage the components through the T.Code MF60. I get 100 pc in the storage location and I need 120 for my production order. I got an error(E7021) 20 pc shortfall.

I would like to stage the available goods 100 pc in spite of the difference and get a warm message instead of an error.

Dear Dede,

In MF60,under global settings select all the indicator except for Include all requirements.

Execute and you will be able to stage the available 100 quantity.

I guess you have not selected the indicator for Stock transfer requirement in the global settings.

If this is not included means then directly the stock will be transffered from one storage location to

another.If included means then only a stock transfer reservations gets generated.

This Reservation no can be seen in MB25,and stock transfer can be made in MB1B for the reservation

no.

check and revert back.

Hi,

I've maintain the system like to told.

I ddon't receive any error the components are reserved but I would like to know the movement type for the transfert with MB1B.

Dear Dede,

The reservation will be generated for movement type 311.

You can get the reservation no in MB25.

So using MB1B based on the reservation no you can do the transfer posting.

Hello Mangalraj,

I couldn't post the transfert with the movement type 311.

I got the following error "Goods movement not possible with mvmt type 261

Message no. M7096"

Dear Dede,

It seems you have created the reservation for 261 movement.

261 movement is for GI to an order and using MB1A only you can issue materials to an order and not

through MB1B.

MB1B can be done for movement types like 311,301,309 etc.

I could post the transfert through MB1A Mtyp 261

But how can I customize the system so that after MF60 I create a reservation for 261movement?

Dear Dede,

I'm not sure whether this works out.

Goto OSPP and for the pull list control enter 261 movement for your plant and check it.
