Data type NUMC has different display formats in different appl servers

Hi,

A field with ABAP data type NUMC has different display formats in 2 appl servers - in one server the NUMC value gets displayed with leading zeros and in the other server the same code displays it without leading zeros.

Any idea why this happens? Is there any application specific setting due to which this happens?

NOTE: I am aware that WRITE to with NO-ZEROS option would remove the leading zeros. The issue is without explicit specification of a display format, the default format should be the same in all servers.

may be you are using different user profiles / private settings ?

try out

in se11->table menu-> extras-.> enahancement category-> can be enhanced (char type or numeric)..
