SAP PI 7.1 on Windows 2008 / MSSQL 2008

In the PAM, the combination of SAP PI 7.1 with W2008 and MSSQL 2008 is supported, but after reading some OSS notes I'm a mesh. Note 1076022 explains that right now the installation process for a 7.1 based system only supports MSSQL 2005, and after installation and SAP patch application, the upgrade to MSSQL 2008 is possible. For systems based on 7.1 EHP1, MSSQL 2008 is fully supported.

Where is the installation media for SAP PI 7.1 EHP1 available ??

According to

http://service.sap.com/rampup

The rampup is planned for Q1 - so you will need to wait until the rampup is finished (or participate)
