Customer Collections Upload program

Dear All,

I have a requirement on Collection upload.

Business having separate tool for getting online collection from customers.

So, we can down load the data from that system, then it need to upload into SAP system.

Can you please tell me - what the fields required (excel coloums), and it should clear the open items as and when required (similar to f-28 t code).

Please guide me the avalable option to uploading the file.

Or give any other option.
