Freight value FRB1 changing/deleting

Hi,

1) A PO is created With base price & FreightFRB1

2) MIGO is done

3) IR also done for only base price & Not for FRB1

Now the requirement is to delete FRB1 in PO but it is greyed out.

How to delete the FRB1?

Hi,

Its not possible to delete or Change the delivery charges (Freight) once a document is posted with ref to the PO such as GR or LIV for Frieght Vendor.

However even after cancelling the GR I am not able to delete FRB1.

Any other thoughts?

hi,

yes, because you use the PO document to describe the conditions and do your recheck for IR from PO only...

So, it'll not be removed...

You can change the PO doc, then only it'll be possible..

Hi,

Reverse all the doc's such as IR,GR which you have already posted.

Now add a new line item & enter the correct values/conditions after deleting the existing line item with FRB1 from PO.

Check your configuration, once you reverse/cancelled all relevant docs like IR and GR docs, that field must be open to change. Frieght Cost occured with the GR doc. Check your configuration.

Hi

Once you did GRN for a purchase order contains delivery cost condition then after reversal of GRN also it is not possible to amend the value of condition because formally (system perspective) you accepted the delivery costs on consignment in first GR. Delete the purchase order and create a new one without delivery costs.
