Query executinon error - abend prg...

Hi Experts

I am facing a issues in IP.

When I try to design a query based on my actual and pln vlues I need to enable my planned keyfigures as Ready Input Change.When I try to enable this option for my planning keyfigures I am facing the below exceptions. Please help me outwith this.
