Assigning the particular "Material Determination Procedure" to the Del. Doc. Type (in addition to Order type) in S&D -> Basic F(n)s -> Mat. Det. might help.
But hat i want is ,if a customer place for order let say for A and let say his requested delivery date is within 4 days, in that case if mat. A is not available u can replace with material B.
But if the materil is not delivered withen four days and extended for let say for another one month , so at that time the available situation may change and u can deliver mat. A only
