Shopping cart status

Hello All,

when i hit the shopping cart status button and select the time frame as last 7 days , last 30 days , last 90 days ..... last 30 days list retreving process is taking more time ...

did any one know why this is happening .....can cany provide me the name of the include in which we should see to retrieve the code associated with it.
