Inspection Plan while Purchase order

Dear MM Gurus,

i have following query, please guide

If Inspection Plan for particular material is not available, system should give alert or trigger message that Inspection Plan does not exist for the material and should not allow to create purchase order.

Hi Kailash,

There is no STD way to stop creation of P.O if inspection plan is not available for the material.

One way is to develop an user exit to check the existence of inspection plan before P.O is saved.
