Bus Error During SAP Installation

Hi,

I am trying to install SAP R/3 4.6b version during the import phase of DB Migration from Informix --> Oracle...

OS is Solaris 10...

Getting Bus Error during the installation Phase and then it is corrupting the DBMIG.R3S...

And also use the 46D_EX2 kernel to load the database. The normal 46B kernels won't run on Solaris 10. You need Oracle 10(.2.0.2).

A BUS error is an alignment problem.

I suggest you use the latest 46D R3SETUP, it has some fixes for those kind of problems. Solaris 10 is more "picky" about aligment.
