Hi Experts,
The scenario is, employee is getting more number of OT hours. Regular hours are being converted to OT. out of 52 hours he booked, 38 should be regular, 12 OT and 2 Paid leave. but he is getting 32 regular and 18 OT hrs. I really have no clue if it an issue with time type or WT selection rule or anything else.
Rule is employee should get OT of any number of hours beyond his planned hours on a day. on week offs also same rule applies.
Kindly give me some insights.
