How to run offcycle payroll for suspended employee?

Hi,

I have done suspension action for employee, but I'm not able to process the offcycle payroll for the employee through IT 0267. But since the employee status is inactive, I couldn't run the payment. Can anyone help me to solve this scenario.

(As per the client requirement, we cannot process this through absences.)

Hi Uday,

If you're talking about an Indian employee, PY-IN payroll driver only supports Stat2 (Employment Status) values of '0' and '3', as of right now. Are you using Stat2 value of '1' (inactive) in your example? If yes, then without modifying your system, you might not be able to run the payroll for this scenario.

I have employment status inactive under 1.

Could you let me know how to change the employment status to '0'?, 3 is for active employees, and I dont want to change it.

Hi Uday,

Employment Status 0 means TERMINATION/WITHDRAWN. If you use TERMINATION action, you'll be able to set Stat2 as '0' for the pernr.
